Tax Exempt FAQs

Q: How can I place a tax exempt order online?
Email a PDF of your valid tax exempt certificate along with your contact information to help@ringbindershop,com. If you have never ordered from us before, then send the form along with your (1) business name, (2) address, (3) phone number, (4) your name, and (5) your phone number. We will set up your online account as tax exempt, and will notify you once this is complete and you can begin placing orders online without sales tax. If you have ordered from us before and already have an account set up, let us know your account number or company name and we will edit your account to be tax exempt. We will notify you when it is ready.

Q: What if my state isn't listed above?
If your state is not listed above, then we are not currently required to charge sales tax on orders shipping to your location. All orders you place on our website will not be charged sales tax.

Q: You didn't previously charge my state sales tax, but now you do, what changed?
