While we strive for complete customer happiness with every purchase, we are unable to accept returns of any products without prior authorization. The return permission number supplied by Ring Binder Shop must be clearly documented on all return shipments. All authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee or a minimum of $10.00, whichever is greater. If Ring Binder Shop is to blame for the order's error, the client is not charged for shipping or restocking fees. Return items must be in new, resalable condition and must be within thirty (30) days of purchase. Returns with freight collect will not be accepted. If original cartons are not utilized for return or if goods are carelessly packed, damaged items will be billed at full repair cost. Ring Binder Shop also retains the authority to deny such shipments. After thirty (30) days from the date of issue, the return permission becomes null and void. After this time, goods will not be accepted. Parts cannot be returned for a refund. Goods that have been modified or custom-made are not returnable. Under no circumstances will Ring Binder Shop credit equipment that has been knocked down, disassembled, or utilized.

Simply wipe clean with any regular household cleaner, or diluted 10% bleach solution. Cleaning the ring binder in this manner won’t destroy the surface or fade the color.
