Ring Binder Shop also retains the authority to deny such shipments. After thirty (30) days from the date of issue, the return permission becomes null and void. After this time, goods will not be accepted. Parts cannot be returned for a refund. Goods that have been modified or custom-made are not returnable. Under no circumstances will Ring Binder Shop credit equipment that has been knocked down, disassembled, or utilized.
